LINSEED EXTRUDATES
The patented linseed extrusion process aims at achieving maximum Omega-3 fatty acid availability. To do this, we analyse and pre-condition each of our raw materials using a differentiated approach. Each production charge is analysed separately. The it3 value of each finished product is determined using the Omega-3 to Omega-6 fatty acid ratio, the level of pre-conditioning, and fat availability. This makes the it3 value our most important quality parameter. Due to its treatment, the linseeds digested in this way are four times as effective as pure linseed oil with regard to the effect of Omega-3 fatty acids showing in the animal. This procedure is unique across Europe, and our strict quality control process ensures an economically efficient use of our linseed extrudates. The it3 value also serves as the basis of our feed concepts. This results in a species and performance-specific, optimised it3 value ensuring a balanced effect of the fatty acids in favour of maximum animal health and performance levels. The it3 value, along with the other nutrients, is an integral part of our consultancy projects to ensure efficient animal nutrition.

Extrulin 60 is made from intensively pre-conditioned linseeds and wheat bran. This makes Extrulin 60 a combination of highly available Omega-3 fatty acids and perfectly digestible fibre, combining the effects of health, performance and energy for the animal.

Easylin 15 for home-mixing cattle and pig farmers. Easylin is made from intensively pre-conditioned linseeds and dry pulp.

Easylin 25 is a combination of highly available Omega-3 fatty acids, perfectly digestible proteins and amino acids.
The pre-conditioned linseed fibre promotes intestinal health. For dairy producers we have achieved a UDP value of 35%, reinforcing the linseeds’ benefits for high-performing dairy cows.

Easylin 48 for on-farm support of dairy cow health and performance.
Offering 15.7MJ net energy lactation and 50% crude protein derived from linseeds, rapeseed meal and urea, Easylin 100/50 is the ideal energy and protein concentrate for animals. Use 0.5-1.5kg per day per animal.
The extrusion process ensures high protein degradability, offering a 30% UDP value throughout the entire product. Growth of rumen microbes is promoted while methane forming bacteria growth is suppressed to ensure optimised fibre digestion. This contributes to a significant improvement in feed efficiency.
Easylin Power Protect for home-mixing cattle and pig farmers.FIBRE EXTRUDATES
Extruding the fibre ensures maximum digestibility, reinforcing the positive effect of the fibre inside the intestinal tract without reducing the energy contained in the feed. The lengthy exposure time spent in the extruder ensures very high levels of fibre pre-conditioning, enabling us to put special emphasis on the nutrient supply, health and performance of your animals.
The product combination of fermentable raw fibre and linseeds offers a high water retention capacity of 1:5, promoting physiological peristalsis and enhancing feed conversion rates. The gut-associated lymphoid tissue (making up around 60% of the animal’s entire immune system) is supported by increasing colonisation with positive microbiota.
SPECIAL LINSEED EXTRUDATES FOR HORSES
To meet the demands of horses, we have embarked on a mission to produce full extrudates representing a combination of Omega-3 fatty acids, energy derived from oils and capitalising on the positive effects offered by pre-conditioned fibre. By focusing on animal health, we strive to respond to horse-specific needs while deliberately eliminating starch from the composition.
Our pelleted horse feed is based on extruded linseed, lucerne and faba beans, offering high vitamin E contents. This high-energy concentrate uses mucilages derived from the roughage contained in the pre-conditioned fibre to protect the animal’s intestines and also promotes animal health through highly available Omega-3 fatty acids. 200g may be added for each leisure horse per day and up to 600g per animal per day may be used for sport horses.
The full extrudate based on linseeds and lucerne meal focuses on the effect provided by the Omega-3 fatty acids. In addition, it is free of starch and sugars, preventing hyperacidity and ensuring your horses remain in perfect shape.
PROTEIN EXTRUDATES
Based on our experience with extrusion processes we are able to produce full extrudates for dairy production offering maximum protein digestibility and maximum protein protection. The extrusion process ensures the nutrients are pre-conditioned in the best possible way, enhancing availability for the cow. We constantly monitor protein availability and degradability throughout our processes to ensure consistently high product quality for our customers.
Agrolac 33 R is our standard product made from rapeseed meal and rapeseed expellers. It offers a UDP value of 67% for feeding dairy cows even under non-GMO regulations.
Agrolac 40 R is a combination from rapeseed meal, rapeseed expellers and urea.
Offering a UDP value of 45% and best-in-class total digestibility, this non-GMO product is superior in digestibility to any pure rapeseed-based product and achieves the same levels of protein availability as soybean extraction meal.
